Do I Need To Keep My Receipts?
Yes, you should keep all your consumer electronics receipts on file in your account. Although it is not required at time of registration, you may be required to provide a copy of your retail purchase receipt for the covered product when requesting repair service for that particular product.
Is There A Service Charge For Appliance And Systems Repairs?
Yes, there is a $75 Service Order Charge that is paid directly to the Service Technician.

Is There A Deductible For Servicing My Registered Consumer Electronics Device?
Yes, the deductible for the Consumer Electronics portion of the Total Home Protection Plan is $25 per claim for normal breakdown. There is a $100 deductible for any ADH claims on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop electronics. For claims related to your appliances, there is a $75 deductible.

Do I Need To Register My Products To Get Covered?
All electronics that are 36 months or newer at the time of enrollment must be registered within 30 days. Newly purchased consumer electronics must be registered within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase.
How Long Are My Products Covered?
Your coverage will never end as long as you continue paying the low fixed monthly fee. If you select the annual payment option, your products will be covered through the expiration date listed on the agreement.

How Does The Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan Work?
For one low monthly fee, the Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan covers all of your consumer electronics, 17 appliances and the four systems you select at registration from mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. The plan covers those repairs necessary to return your consumer electronics, appliances and systems to their intended functionality under normal operation.
When Does The Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan Coverage Start?
The plan term starts on the date of enrollment via the registration process. Products are eligible for coverage on the 31st day following the plan term start date. If you purchase a new appliance it can replace an existing appliance that is currently covered. When adding consumer electronics to your list of registered products, it must be enrolled in the Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase and will be eligible for coverage at the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty.
