To file a service request, call 888-994-0914 to request service on any one of your
eligible products or visit us online and file a request through your customer portal.
IS CRITICAL COVERAGE TRANSFERABLE?
No, Critical Coverage is not transferable to a new owner if you sell the vehicle.
CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE?
Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call
888-994-0914 or log in to your user account and click ‘Cancel’ under your plan.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS?
Yes! There are additional benefits with the purchase of the yearly plan Only. Three oil
changes, brake pad replacement, battery replacement, cooling system service, handheld
engine diagnostic, one alignment and one safety inspection including blade replacement.
HOW DO REPAIRS WORK?
In the event of a breakdown, call for expert mechanical assistance in diagnosing the
failure. All approved repair costs will be first negotiated by an ASE-Certified Repair
Assist Specialist, saving you as much as 15%. Of the remaining repair bill, Everything
Breaks will pay a GUARANTEED 50% of the negotiated repair work order.
ARE ALL VEHICLES ELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE?
All vehicles are eligible for coverage up to 20 years with a limit of 250,000 on
mileage. Critical Coverage is available in all 50 states.
